With over 30 years of experience in retail banking, program management, financial and life coaching, and community involvement, Salazar has a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV). She also holds credentials as a Certified Personal Financial Wellness Consultant; Certified Meeting Professional; Certified Professional Coach; and Life and Leadership Coach. She has a lifelong passion for promoting financial wellness, evidenced through both her professional and her philanthropic pursuits.

As Assistant Vice President and Manager of the U.S. Bank Goals Coaching Program, Ana coordinates a team of financial and life coaches who provide guidance, education, and accountability to help individuals achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals. Her professional skills and responsibilities span business growth strategy, collaborative partnership building, talent development, and content creation. Salazar also has an active volunteer life, serving as a Volunteer Teacher for Junior Achievement since 2012; a member of the U.S. Bank Development Network Board since 2020; and former member of the UNLV Customer Experience Program Advisory Board.
